3. Change your conversation and stop transactional conversations and start having growth empowerment conversations.
4. Stop creating packages that depict what you do and start creating packages that depict what your clients dream about and desire.
5. Get engaged with all your clients. Give them a reason to be amazed by you not just in what you do for them but how you interact with them. Make yourself so connected to them that they are scared to leave.
6. Have Quality clients and less Clients - Yes, less clients, more personal attention, and better results from doing better work.
7. Being proactive is critical to grow a business. Do not wait for clients to come to you with a problem. Actively check in on them often to see where they are.
8. Stop charging for time and services. Start charging for outcomes and results.
